Incident Command Training

This course was designed for first line supervisors, single resource officers, lead dispatchers, field supervisors, company officers and entry level positions on incident management teams. This course introduces students to the principals of the Incident Command System, (ICS) associated with incident-related performance.  Topics include leadership, management, delegation of authority and management by objectives, functional areas and position, briefings and organizational flexibility, transitions and transfers
